JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 25.09.2013, passed in Case No. 378/2008 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, East Champaran at Motihari.
