The petitioners are accused in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 349 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 325, 307, 341, 323, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Further submission is that petitioners are in custody since 26.11.2019, having no criminal

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 349 of 2019.
