1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 20.02.2024, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 6684 of 2024, whereby the present petitioner no. 1, along with other petitioners, were granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that due to typographical error in the order, dated 20.02.2024, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36936 of 2024(2) dt.30-05-2024 2/2 petitioner no. 1 could not surrender before the learned Court below within the time granted by this Court. He accordingly prays for two weeks' more time to surrender before the learned Court below.

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to the petitioner no. 1 to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 20.02.2024, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 6684 of 2024, be extended by further two weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
