2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have given repeated sword blow to the informant, due to which, informant sustained injury in his left hand and temple. Besides this, petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the fact that there is allegation of repeated sword blow against this petitioner, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
