2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Larjhaghat P.S. Case No. 13 of 2023 lodged on 17.10.2023 for offences punishable under Section 147/149/341/342/323/324/307/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution story F.I.R has been lodged against eight named accused persons including the present petitioner with an allegation that he along with other persons have assaulted the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner has clean antecedents. He further submits

No.36857 of 2024(2) dt.10-07-2024 2/2 that occurrence took place on 03.10.2023 whereas F.I.R. has been registered before the police station on 17.10.2023 which is after the delay of 14 days and in this regard no plausible reasons have been explained. Counsel further submits that both parties are well known to each other and with a view to create trouble to the petitioner, the present case has been filed.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

As such, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest of surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st Rosera, Samastipur subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
