1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted his joining in Middle School Dhobalk Hindi Baniyapur-I, Saran as Assistant Teacher on 02.12.2012. After joining the petitioner was suspended on frivolous charges, however, suspension of the petitioner was revoked vide memo no. 595 dated 19.02.2016 by District Programme Officer, Establishment, Saran with the stipulation that the salary for the suspension period shall be paid on the basis of

The petitioner has filed the representation before the District Programme Officer, Saran, Chapra, on 11.03.2016 for payment of his salary for the suspension period. The representation filed by the petitioner is still pending and no decision has been taken.

2. No one appears for the State.

3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Since the representation of the petitioner at Annexure 3 is pending since long, I direct the District Programme Officer, Saran, Chapra, to consider the representation of the petitioner expeditiously and dispose the same by a reasoned order within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the present writ application is disposed with the aforesaid direction.
