2. The present modification application has been filed for modifying the order 02.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19120 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the prayer portion of the bail application, the satisfaction portion has wrongly been mentioned as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX Saran at Chapra" but in fact, it should be "Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur (Saran at Chapra)".

4. In view of the above, let the satisfaction portion of the bail application be read as "Railway Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36262 of 2024(2) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 Sonepur (Saran at Chapra)" in place of "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX Saran at Chapra" and let the satisfaction portion of the order dated 02.04.2024 be read as "Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur (Saran at Chapra)".

5. Accordingly, order dated 02.04.2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent and further two weeks' time is granted to the petitioner to furnish the bail bond in the Court below. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Vanisha/- U T
