2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No. 152 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 393/307/326 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner and the coaccused person have killed the deceased. The petitioner has accompanied the co-accused for killing the deceased. The firing has been done by the co-accused namely Jitendra Kumar @ Chhotu.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

8. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
