JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this writ petition is for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents no. 3, Circle Officer, Patepur, Vaishali to delete the name of respondent no. 4 Mahanth Srikant Sharan Das and to substitute name of petitioners (i) Sukhdeo Paswan (ii) Sidheshwar Paswan in all the Chakbandi Register in view of the direction given by the Deputy Director, Consolidation, Vaishali, Hazipur vide order dated 07.01.1998, passed in Case No. 2000 of 1996, in spite of that Respondent No. 3

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Patepur, DistrictVaishalli, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
