3. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging violation of the order dated 21.07.2015 passed in CWJC No. 10396 of 2015, which required the authorities to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner.

4. From the show cause, it appears that a decision has been taken and since the petitioner has been dismissed from service, he has been found entitled only to group insurance and provident fund. Copy of order to such effect has been brought on

Patna High Court MJC No.2929 of 2015 dt.02-07-2019 2/2 record as Annexure-A to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties no. 1 and 2 bearing memo no. 1059 (4) dated 23.11.2015, after service on learned counsel for the petitioner on 05.03.2019. Learned counsel for the State submitted that actual payment has also been made to the petitioner.

5. In view of the aforesaid, especially taking note of the fact that there is nothing on record to controvert such stand and learned counsel for the petitioner has not appeared, the application stands disposed off.
