This application has been filed for restoration of Criminal Misc. No. 58793 of 2019, which stood dismissed for non- compliance of the order, dated 18.09.2019. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, he could not file requisites for issuance of notice upon Opposite Party No. 2 within the time granted by this Hon'ble Court and prays that within two weeks after restoration of the connected case, requisites for issuance of notice upon Opposite Party No. 2 would be filed.

For the reasons stated in the restoration application,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.151 of 2021(2) dt.01-02-2021 2/2 this application is allowed and the connected case, being Criminal Misc. No. 58793 of 2019 is restored to its original file, subject to the condition that the order, dated 18.09.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 58793 of 2019, shall be complied with within two weeks from today.
