The contempt application was filed complaining of non compliance of the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C.No.752 of 2015 whereby the Circle Officer was directed to take the Encroachment Case No. 40 of 2013-14 to its logical conclusion. Mr. Siddharth Prasad, learned A.C. to AAG- 4 upon filing of a show cause by the Circle Officer has stated that steps have been undertaken by the Circle Officer for removal of the

Patna High Court MJC No.2933 of 2015 (3) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 encroachments and it has also been partly removed. That the steps have been taken in this regard, no case for contempt is made out and this contempt application is disposed of reminding the Circle Officer to proceed in the matter in accordance with law.
