This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Begusarai Town(Lohiyanagar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 210 of 2020 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the recent decision of the Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu vs. State of Tamil Nadu and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32584 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 Another reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, this second anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. It is accordingly, dismissed.
