JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to show-cause as to why interview letter was not issued and sent to the petitioner to participate in the interview scheduled to be held on 16.03.2015.

(ii) For a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to issue fresh interview letter to the petitioner fixing date and time schedule for the same so that she may face interview and to get a job for her livelihood. (iii) For a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
