The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 117/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 144, 342, 353, 347 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons is that they blocked the road and prevented the police officials in discharging their official duty. It has been submitted that petitioners have falsely been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48236 of 2018 (2) dt.17-09-2018 2/3 implicated in the case. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. No overt act has been alleged against any of these petitioners.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Munger in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 117/2014, subject to the conditions:
(1.) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
(2.) Petitioners shall co-operate in the trial and shall be present on each and every date fixed by the court and their absence on two consecutive dates without proper and reasonable reason will be sufficient to cancel their bail bonds.
(3.) If the petitioners tamper with the evidence
