The petitioner is in custody in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 237 of 2017 in Sessions Trial No. 219 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.01.2018. He further submits that earlier petitioner has approached this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 21401 of 2018. His prayer for bail was rejected vide order dated 12.04.2018. While rejecting the prayer for bail, the Court is granted liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months of framing of the charge if the trial is not concluded. He further

Considering the observation dated 12.04.2018, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional District Judge-III, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S.
