The petitioner seeks bail in G.R.P. (Danapur) P.S. Case No.8 of 2020/G.R. No.35 of 2020 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case against unknown for theft of one mobile, Rs.25,000/-, Railway Pass and Adhar Card from the ladies bag of his wife.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was using theft mobile after inserting his own sim and petitioner is in jail since 28.02.2020.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner has remained in jail for about 91⁄2 months and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33278 of 2020(2) dt.14-12-2020 2/2 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with G.R.P. (Danapur) P.S. Case No.8 of 2020/G.R. No.35 of 2020.
