The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No.106 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40849 of 2021(2) dt.07-04-2022 2/2 Considering the nature of injury, it appears that no offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is made out against the petitioners, their application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Susmita Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No.106 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
