JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2018 At the outset the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned trial court for grant of regular bail. It is accordingly directed that in case the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks from today before the learned trial court and applies for grant of regular bail, the same would be considered and disposed off on the same day, keeping in mind the fact that the injury report would show that the conclusion of the doctor regarding the injury to be grievous is not based on any material. It be also considered that the present case arises out of case and counter case and the petitioner is a family member of the prosecution side.

The petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
