The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 172 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery of illegal liquor and Alto Car. It is also submitted that petitioner is not the owner of the alleged vehicle.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40083 of 2021(2) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 172 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
