2. The petitioner has moved before this Court for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuing a direction upon the respondent authorities in the Sessions Case No.519 of 2010, trial shall be concluded expeditiously and preferably within three months, which is pending from the year 2010, before the Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Siwan and further for directing the concern respondent authority to co-operate in the trial.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.935 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2025 2/2 (ii) For any other relief to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts of the case.

3. In view of the reliefs sought by the petitioner, learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Siwan is directed to conclude the Sessions Trial No.519 of 2010, arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No.55 of 2010 within one year.
