2. This application has been filed for quashing the FIR bearing Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 112 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST Act.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the final form has been submitted in this case against the petitioner but no order of acceptance of final form / cognizance has been passed in this case.

4. In view of the above, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner that if the cognizance is taken differing with the final form, he may challenge the same in an

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3996 of 2018(6) dt.15-04-2025 2/2 appropriate proceeding.
