Patna High Court CWJC No.7817 of 2020(17) dt.23-09-2021 2/2 because of COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.

This is not in dispute that this matter is squarely covered by co-ordinate Bench's decision of this Court rendered on 03.03.2021 in C.W.J.C. No. 6761 of 2020 (Sudisht Kumar Mahato vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.) and other analogous cases. The issues involved in this case are identical to the issues, which had arisen in C.W.J.C. No.6761 of 2020 and other analogous cases.

Considering the above, this writ application is disposed of in terms of the said decision dated 03.03.2021 passed in the case of Sudisht Kumar Mahto (supra). It has been stated by learned counsel for the State that L.P.A. No.372 of 2021 has been preferred against the aforesaid decision rendered in case of Sudisht Kumar Mahto (supra).
