The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs and order/orders in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to cancel the selection of respondent no. 8 from the post of Panchayat Teacher in Primary School, Mahisam Mushari under

Patna High Court CWJC No.25279 of 2013 (2) dt.06-11-2017 2/2 Gram Panchayat Mahisam, BlockMadhepur, District-Madhubani, who has been wrongly treated trained teacher and further for directing the respondent no. 6, to decide the appeal bearing Case No.

574/8/10 which is pending since 2010 and further also for directing the respondents authorities to select the petitioner on the said post, who is getting more marks, the respondent no. 8 and further for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Considering the reliefs as sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application, the District Appellate Authority, Madhubani, is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
