JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(I). To command and direct the respondents to confirm the service of petitioner in accordance with law though service of Junior to the petitioner was confirmed by the authorities.
(II). To command and direct the respondents to grant the benefit of admitted Ist, 2nd, 3rd A.CP. to the petitioner as per the rule 2003 and pay the arears of salary and other as per the fresh calculation immediately.
(III). To further command and direct the respondents to grant the admitted 2nd time bound promotion to the petitioner and pay the arears of salary and others after calculating afresh, though

To further command and direct the respondents to fix the consequential pension and other retiral benefit to the petitioner after granting the 2nd time bound promotion and benefit of A C P as stated above and pay the differences of amount to the petitioner immediately because petitioner has retired on 30.12.2013."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the RespondentState has submitted, by referring to paragraph no. 13 of the counter affidavit, filed in the present case that the claim of the petitioner has been redressed, hence, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if that be the factual position, the present writ petition be disposed off. 4.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off, however, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, before the respondent authorities. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Ajay/- U
