2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 582 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 109, 132, 324(4), 3(5) of the BNS, under Section 25(1b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of firing at the police personnel who were sitting in a Gypsy.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 7.2.2025 and he is accused in five more cases.

5. Considering the allegations, levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
