Nos. 6369-6376/2005 with regard to the subject of Biology 736 vacancies were calculated out of which 23 vacancies were for Scheduled Tribes, 59 for Scheduled Castes and three for O.B.C. The selection process has been concluded, merit-list prepared and the vacancies have been filled up as per the merit-list and it is further seen that the petitioner did not qualify and come within the merit-list prepared and, therefore, no further action is required to be taken in the matter.

Patna High Court MJC No.3285 of 2013 dt.13-12-2017 2/2 Keeping in view the aforesaid show-cause filed by the respondents, the application is disposed of. Respondents are discharged from the proceedings and in case the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting with regard to the manner in which the appointments have been made and vacancies calculated, the petitioner shall have liberty to challenge the same afresh in accordance with law.
