1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(a) That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ by preferably in the nature of writ of Certiorari to quash the order contained in Memo No. 02 dated 02.01.2023 passed by the District Officer, West Champaran, Bettiah by which the petitioner has been dismissed from the service.

(b) Further a writ of Mandamus may be issued to provide all the financial benefits to the petitioner during his period of suspension.

(c) Further an order may be passed to provide all the retiral benefits to the petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 02.01.2023, passed by the District Officer, West Champaran at Bettiah, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from today, the Appellate Authority shall consider the same on merits and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
