JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2017 In the present writ application, the following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : "(I) That this is an application for quashing of the order dated 5/2/2013 passed and issued by Member District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, East Champaran, Motihari

Patna High Court CWJC No.4092 of 2013(5) dt.04-12-2017 2/2 in Case No.275/2008 and 789/2011 and further for directing the Respondents not to disturb the petitioner from the psot of Panchayat Teacher and to pay arrears and regular salary to her." Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
