No.8771/10 was disposed of with a direction that the representation of the petitioner be decided. Records indicate that the petitioner submitted a representation and on 30th of January, 2017 vide Annexure D to the counter affidavit filed by the University, his claim has been settled and the amount indicated in the order and it is also pointed out that the entire amount has been paid to the petitioner as detailed in the order.
