ANUPAMA CHAKRAVARTHY ORAL ORDER 10-04-2024 Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition in view of the judgment of passed in Civil Appeal No. 10951 of 2016, 10953 of 2016 and batch in the case of The power Grid Corporation of India Vs. Century Textiles & Industries Ltd. reported in 2017(2) PLJR (SC) 152 wherein liberty was given to the petitioners to approach the concerned civil court.

2. In view of the above-said judgment this Court feels that it is just necessary to give liberty to the petitioner to approach before the concerned civil court for compensation or appropriate course of action to raise all the pleas before the court.
