JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-11-2017 The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1(i) For a direction to revaluate the answer sheet of the petitioner who had appeared in the Graduate Level Combined (Mains) Examination, 2010 conducted by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna, vide Advertisement No. 110/2010 as the petitioner's position has gone down in the merit list from 25620 of 25626 after deletion of some questions pursuant to the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No. 3640 of 2013.

(ii) For a direction to republish the merit list of candidates after revaluation of the petitioner's answer sheet and to restrain the

Considering the reliefs sought for by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondent no. 3, The Chairman, Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna, for redressal of his grievance. The respondent no. 3 shall consider the case of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of such representation.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
