It is her case that since she was posted after the death of the previous incumbent and she was the Incharge of Labour Room, therefore, she should be given Incharge of Labour Room.

This kind of specific assignment or responsibility has not been heard of by this Court so far. An ANM is supposed to shoulder all responsibility thrust upon her at Primary Health Centre.
