BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 14-02-2022 This matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Learned State counsel accepts notice for respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to serve a copy of the petition to learned counsel for the State if it not already served.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3091 of 2021 dt.14-02-2022 2/3 In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order/direction in the nature of Mandamus' Directing and Commanding concerned Respondents/authorities for the regularization of the service of the petitioner, on account of his dally wages employee working since 03.10.1983 on the post of Safi Mohrir in the office of Survey Settlement Office, Darbhanga.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, for commanding and directing the respondents authorities for redressal of is genuine grievances with consequential benefits in with Govt. Policies and Hon'ble Court's Court's order vide Annexure 14 to 19 and also Annexure-20 order of Board of Revenue, Bihar in Case no. 76 of 2013.

(iii) For any other relief/reliefs may be granted to this petitioner for which she is entitled too."

In support of the aforesaid relief petitioner submitted representations dated 02.07.2012 and 27.06.2019 vide Annexure22 and 24 respectively. The concerned respondent has not taken any decision on the petitioner's representation. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to examine the service particulars of the petitioner and consider the claim made by the petitioner in his representations dated 02.07.2012 and 27.06.2019 vide Annexure-22 & 24 read with judicial pronouncements and policy decision of the State Government

Patna High Court CWJC No.3091 of 2021 dt.14-02-2022 3/3 in respect of regularization of temporary employees. Such decision shall be taken within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible on the particular date the petitioner shall be extended arrears of monetary benefits within the aforesaid time limit stipulated.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
