2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., on 12.01.2024 at about 3 AM, the daughter of informant went to attend the call of nature, in the meantime, co-accused Manish Kumar and 3-4 other persons forcibly kidnapped her. Informant suspects that FIR named accused persons including these petitioners kidnapped his daughter. The victim is still traceless.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29653 of 2025(3) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 that victim is still traceless, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected.
