The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.279 of 2018 registered under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, the father of the victim disclosed that his daughter was taking tuition in Patna and she was living in Sita Girl's Hostel situated near Bazar Samiti Rampur Nahar Road, Patna-6 but his daughter did not return from tuition center. The guard of the hostel disclosed that the victim left the hostel on 20.09.2018 informing the guard that she would go to her parent's house along with her maternal uncle. The informant alleged that Deepak Sharma, who was talking with his daughter,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28462 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 may have enticed away the victim and the petitioner being the father and mother of Deepak Sharma alleged of kidnapping the victim.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are mother and father of Deepak Sharma. They have no manner of concern with the kidnapping of the victim. The victim voluntarily left the hostel and went along with Deepak Sharma as they were loving with each other.

Taking into consideration the fact that petitioners are father and mother of Deepak Sharma, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. II, Patna City in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.279 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
