The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act and Section 272, 273 of the I.P.C. 52 liters 800 ml. of foreign liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle, of which, this petitioner is registered owner. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the motorcycle, from which, recovery has been effected, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
