2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 200 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of torturing the deceased due to which she committed suicide at her paternal home.

4. The police has seized the mobile phone of the petitioner and from a call recording in the mobile, it is found that the petitioner was abusing the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 21.02.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
