2. Grievance of the petitioner is stated to have been redressed in the light of Annexure B to the Counter Affidavit dated 5.6.2023. While re-enlisting petitioner's name with reference to debarment. In the light of later development, the petitioner is at liberty to file detailed representation before the competent authority insofar as remaining relief or the consequential relief in view of Annexure B dated 05.06.2023. If such representation is submitted, the competent authority is hereby directed to redress the same within a period of two months from the date of such representation.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands
