2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following reliefs:- (I) For a direction to the Ld. Court below as well as to the police officials to ensure the presence of accused (Respondent NO. 9) person in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. case NO. 42/2017 DT-22-08-2017 INSTITUTED for the offence punishable U/S 498 A, 323, 307,427, 420,406, 34 of the IPC and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Pending before the court of Ld. SDJM, Jamui vide G.R. NO. 1710/2017.

(II) Further for a direction to the Ld. SDJM,

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1013 of 2025(2) dt.24-07-2025 2/2 Jamui to proceed further against the respondent NO. 9 against whom the 82 and 83 process has already been issued on 18-10-2022 and 7-11-2023 respectively. (III) Further for a direction to the police officials to arrest the respondent NO. 9 and produce before the Ld. Court Below as early as possible because due to non appearance of Resp. No. 9 the trial of the case is being frustrated.

(IV) Further for a direction to the respondent authority to pay the litigation cost to the petitioner for unnecessary compelling to move before this Hon'ble Court.

3. The Superintendent of Police, Jamui is directed to execute the process issued by the Court in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017 within two weeks from the receipt/communication of a copy of this order and file a compliance report in this Court.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
