The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of difference of arrears on account of revision of pay pursuant to the adoption of UGC pay scale. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the State Government vide notification dated 29.07.2010 has accepted the revised pay scale on the line of recommendation of the UGC Pay Revision, but the monetary benefit has not reached the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is

Patna High Court CWJC No.13097 of 2016(4) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 disposed of with a direction to the respondent State and the University to work out the entitlement of the petitioner for payment of difference of arrears of salary for the period 01.01.2006 to 30.06.2008 and ensure payment thereof within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
