Learned APP, appearing on behalf of the State is present and submitted that the matter is pending since 2018, wherein, F.I.R. was lodged in year 2014 itself, under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 120(B), 341, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has further been submitted that it appears that the petitioner loosed his interest to prosecute with present case. Considering the above, the present petition is being dismissed in want of prosecution.
