In my view, the petitioner has statutory remedy under Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009, which he can invoke.

This writ application is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority for redressal of his grievance.

Any application, if made under the Act, the Court expects shall be disposed of within the time stipulated under the Act.

This application stands disposed of.
