2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-31 of 2019 instituted under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The parties have settled their dispute in the Patna High Court Mediation Centre and the Memorandum of Agreement has been signed by both of them on 02.12.2025.
5. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has also supported this fact regarding the aforesaid settlement dated 02.12.2025.

6. Considering the fact that the matter has been settled between the parties in the Mediation Centre, this application is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran/ concerned Court in connection with Complaint Case No. C-31 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
