Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 85 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) a, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3, 4, 5 Explosive Substance Act and 20 and 22 N.D.P.S. Act. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that police raided the house of the petitioner and recovered 900 grams of ganja and from near the house also recovered bombs and further allegation is that four persons were arrested and from them, there is recovery of arms. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby dismissed.
