In this public interest writ petition in the representative capacity now we are not inclined to monitor the implementation of the scheme as the competent authority is taking action. Liberty shall be available to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.16388 of 2015 dt.30-03-2017 2/2 individual to seek benefit of the scheme by approaching the appropriate authority.
