In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Laheria Sarai P.S. Case No. 472 of 2017 registered for offence punishable under sections 30 (a), 32, 37 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. As per the allegation, eight litres of liquor has been recovered from the neighbour of the petitioner. It has been further said that the wife of the neighbour has made a statement of being involved of the petitioner in the trade of liquor. The petitioner has criminal history.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the
