Patna High Court CWJC No.10816 of 2016(3) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 order, therefore, question of issuing Writ of Mandamus at this belated stage does not arise.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents, on instruction, submitted that fresh tender is stated to have been issued during pendency of the present petition. In view of these facts and circumstances, present writ petition stands disposed of as it has become infructuous.
