2. The present application is that the private respondent Nos. 5 to 9 have been disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the land in question. The contention of the petitioner is that the private respondents have been interfering with the peaceful possession, and they are even
Patna High Court CWJC No.7207 of 2026(2) dt.23-06-2026 2/2 trying to enter the lands of the petitioner on one pretext or the other only because the land of the petitioner does not have a boundary wall.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner limits his submissions to the extent that the lands of the petitioner may be measured and demarcated by the authorities in order to settle any differences with the private respondents.
4. Learned AC to AAG-9 does not dispute such submissions and in fact, submits that if the petitioner files a measurement case, the same will be carried out by the authority.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the present writ application is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Authority/Circle Officer, Bankatwa Circle, East Champaran, with an application for measurement and demarcation of the land as per the documents of title available with him.
6. The present application stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
