JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-07-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(a) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s) order(s) in the nature certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 12.02.2008 passed in Appeal Case No. 254/2007-08 Dhirendra Ram Vs. State/Sub Divisional Officer, Araria whereby and whereunder the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Araria has remanded the matter back to the Sub-Divisional Officer to issue a fresh license to the petitioner if he fulfills the conditions of Public Distribution (Control) Order, 2001.
(b) For issuance of an appropriate writ and/or writs in the nature of certiorari to quash order vide memo no. 261/Aa, dated 20.12.2007 issued under the signature of Sub-Divisional Officer, Araria sent to the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.9304 of 2014 dt.19-07-2018 communicating him that the license issued by the licensing authority have been cancelled on the ground that license was not recommended by the District Selection Committee.
(C) For any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled to."
2. At the very outset, this Court takes note that the petitioner has approached this Court after inordinate delay of about six years in the year 2014 against the order dated 12.02.2008 passed in Appeal Case No. 254 of 2007-08.
3. This Court is therefore not inclined to interfere in the matter. The writ petition stands dismissed.
